Famous Five go running!

5 people, one dog, 14 legs...go for a Couch to Bunny Hop run...

Yes, it's true! Couch to Bunny Hop is up and running! This Sunday (January 20th 2019) Shapwick Running Club's Couch to Bunny Hop initiative got under way.

Brushing aside the cold, we headed out of Shapwick along the route of the Sunday loop towards Ashcott, taking a short cut down from Ashcott across fields to the Shapwick-Burcott Farm road, and doubled back to Shapwick. Good quality English mud underfoot. Gary, Jo, Maria, Emily and Anthony were participants. A thoroughly enjoyable run, with pace suited to purpose.
